Tinta Semi-D is selling RM1.38m sub-sale negotiable. Damn tempting to buy. The biggest obstacle I can see is the Masjid issue. Many potential chinese buyer shy away from the area becoz of the Masjid, and no shops, and development is sooooooooooooooo slow. Especially the Tinta just right behind the Masjid.
Not because the toll issue. I personally surveyed Alam Impian 4 times. Eventually gave up. No offense ya... Just my opinion.
