Just wanted to say it’s strange they gave this new launch name of Viola since TTDI Alam Impian also got Viola. Wouldn’t this cause confusion later? Was this decision deliberate or I&P really had no idea about TTDI’s Viola? Seems like bad decision making/planning on their part.

I've gotten input from the SP salesperson (thru FB messenger though) that similar double storey terrace to the new developments (ARIA etc) goes close to RM 1k per month. Is that close to what you've type as affordable above, or did the salesperson missplaced a decimal somewhere. I did double confirm the fugrue to which he/she replied yes both times

All phases just fenced and guarded. The most expensive among them is only 150/mo flat. Aria will share exit with others, roughly 700 houses divide cost for two exits.

Yes for own stay. Since SP Setia took over, can see more commercial coming into play, which will make it more convenient within the taman itself. The lakefront is progressing, can see SP Setia is serious about it. The commercial opposite of the mosque is also completing soon. Given SP Setia's track record, I think lakefront commercial area will be very nice.

You can see many people and families jogging, cycling in the evening. It is quiet and family oriented.

So depends what you want. This cluster house looks nice, and developer have no issues selling in the past.

Timing wise I would say it is now that SP Setia is breathing life into this township. Previous I&P just kept building houses after houses with.no commercial.

The cluster 1.3mil is about 1.5 to 2 units of the terrace of 750k selling there??
