hi guys, anybody here already bought house at alam impian area or pentas 6 (to be specific)? i have few questions...

1) hows this area? worth buying property?
2) maintenance fee?
3) future development?

1) investment no. Own stay definitely yes — quiet, mostly owner staying. Quiet neighborhood with mostly respectful neighbors.

2) at the moment it’s affordable

3) what you mean? I think Pentas has no more land. Now that SP Setia is in charge of the whole Alam Impian, things may change for more commercial development maybe. I didn’t pay any attention.

There are cases of break in (most places do). But the committee is fast to react and take note. And beef up the security.
