Thanks for the suggestion. Already did that and identify more than 10 defects by just looking at the exterior of the house

- Crocked grill
- Unpainted grill at the bottom causing rusty water stain on wall at the back
- Small crack on tiles at main door (was okay earlier)
- Water stain on ceiling at back yard (repainted but stain still visible)
- Dust bin door lock alignment - hard to lock
- Cracked wood panel at the side of the main door (some part fixed)
- Crack lines on the wall especially at the joint (most of them fixed)
- Hole in wall (fixed)
- Broken plaster board near the main door (fixed)
- Uneven finishing at the bottom of the pillar in car porch
- Stained tiles at car porch
- Slanted wall at the corner of the kitchen and utility room (better after fix but wall still slanted)
- Uneven window panel (fixed)
