Hopefully, the appreciation is much faster and the holding period is much shorten. It's also a win-win situation. |

Is matter of timing. For landed, if can sell within 1yr then is good timing to go in. If 3 to 4 yrs, cash flow allowed.. Still ok. If need to hold for more than 4 yrs. So, need to reconsider how to allocate the cash flow. |

Unit selection progress is quite smooth today. Emcee is better as well. The ridiculous attendance check is proven just a drama.
Imho, the link semi d unit allocation for internal and associate is quite fair. They only allow to choose the units close to highway, while those waiting like kanasai can choose the units close to the park n lake. I took lekas to pass by SEH site just now, my own preference, I would definitely avoid those near to highway at all costs. |
