Agree with you.

I feel this is seriously a very well planning township. Execution is just a matter of time.

However, I feel the peak time of appreciation is 5 years after VP. The plot of the land is not small for full developing.

With Eco World developing the stratified townships, it just riding on each other to make it faster.

My top 3 choice was plavia 2, errana 2 and monlis 1....errana 2nice but slightly smaller

Chose plavia 2 because the hall and dining together in a big square..looks more spacious

i am the unlucky one who purchase an unit at setia eco hill.... rclxms.gif

i should listen to those taikor said that sp setia eco hill will not success like setia alam, because economic crisis is coming, sp setia no longer as good as before, and semenyih is sucks...and 400++k for double storey link is expensive in this area...

but i still purchase an unit here... rclxms.gif

More than 5 years la for sure. But the potential is high. I sometimes dont get why people are being so biased against projects that they never buy. Just be honest la. I didnt get to buy seh also i know still got potential. Same goes for other places also.
