I heard EcoGardens will be under landed strata, even for the double storey terrace. Should be very similar like Setia EcoGardens in Iskandar.

3rd pic, 22x75 show units are under construction now.

Personally i like the facade of future launch 20x65 Pistia. Modern and neat compare with the two that going to launch soon.

Still, except Merrum, the rest of the semi-d are with not so decent tiles on the first floor. The tiles really spoil the good feeling of the house especially Lecus.

They launch 700+ units in one shot. Massive launch or messy launch? Many staff kena screwed for this bad arrangements.

Only one counter open for semi d registration. They make all the big bosses waiting under the hot sun and fighting for food like a beggar.

Some junior staff simply told buyers to stay overnight in the tent after getting the number to qualify for unit selection tomorrow!! Really confused and frustrated. Torture all the big bosses to the max.

Many big bosses are in semi d camp. The sudden sms did not give them enough time to get proxy. Some of them writing the authorization letter while queuing.

Unit selection progress is quite smooth today. Emcee is better as well. The ridiculous attendance check is proven just a drama.

Imho, the link semi d unit allocation for internal and associate is quite fair. They only allow to choose the units close to highway, while those waiting like kanasai can choose the units close to the park n lake.

I took lekas to pass by SEH site just now, my own preference, I would definitely avoid those near to highway at all costs.

All the cheaper one gone first follow by those value for money one. Slow moving one are those phases with future price tag that supposed to be launch in the future but they can't wait to put them on sale today.

Anyway, 760 units in one day wei! how many developer can sold 760 units landed in a year? The number yet to include internal n associate booking units. Now it's not only a big challenge for sps to deliver so many units at the same time, it's a big challenge for investors to flip in subsale market too as many units will be ready at the same time.
