http://forums.androidcentral.com/google-ne...-debugging.htmlFor app developer, enabling usb debugging need some special tricks now I didn't know about that. QUOTE Settings > About Phone > Tap Build Number a few times > It will say your a developer now > Go back and you will see developer options above About Phone > Check USB Debugging option in Developer Options
USB debugging is mainly for developers, allowing them to use the android sdk (software development kit) to communicate with the device. However, USB debugging can be extremely useful as it allows us to use adb commands which can pull and push files to the device even when it does not boot correctly.

wow so fast v6 thread ha... just finish reading previous versions from beginning.. today only knew got this note 3 link... aishhh im backdated.. but still not able to read each n every posting.. so if repeat same question please dont jump on me ya..
anyway guys im on NOTE 2 telco plan, feel like trade in my phone for NOTE 3 at outside.. wondering how much my NOTE 2 will be sold ? any idea guys.. any brothers sisters over here done it ?
currently mine is surfmore75 maxis, simcard registered on 2013 APRIL. so for the LTE do i need to get special simcard or the service must be activated by telco with extra charges ? ... NOTE 3 still using micro simcard right... as i went tru some posts, some members saying its auto detect once insert previous simcard to LTE phones.. but just wondering..
another thing, for NOTE 3 is there any options to disable LTE, like in NOTE 2 network mode can be changed GSM/WCDMA (auto mode) GSM only WCDMA only..
if i select GSM, 3G disabled and only operates on 2G... so wondering NOTE 3 has anything like disabling LTE and just let it run on 3G..
the reason im asking this because some places the 3G coverages bad, so when the phone network keep syncing for 3G or H+.. its consuming more battery.. so i let it be on just 2G.. if for NOTE 3 LTE capability, with the battery just 3200mh... im wondering..
since many of NOTE 2 users already switching, personally what do you guys think is it worth to upgrade from NOTE 2 to NOTE 3 ?

Yes the Note 3 is using the same sim card. I immediately received 4G after inserting the card so I am not sure if an upgrade is needed.

No problem I took the two year contract and upgraded from a Note 1, I got the micro sim during that upgrade. I'm assuming that there is no need to go to Maxis since 4G is enabled. I bought the Note 3 outright by the way so I'm still on that previous 2 years contract with 14 months left. Oh sorry mine is a Talkmore 2 year contract with + 1gb internet.

You can disable LTE and just run on the others. An upgrade worth will totally depend on you. Is the extra cash you will be pumping in worth the new stuff. Personally for me its a yes because if I were to wait longer, the note 2 resale value will drop even more plus the Note 3 is kinda awesome

Better try call the vendor and ask for 1-to-1 replacement. One forumer here faced the same problem and he is entitled to get 1-to-1 exchange. My unit also got buzzing sound and random reboot. Will send to ask SC later for checking.

Last week I was ranting about the screen rotation lagging right? Well I finally found out that the smart rotation should not be checked.. When I deactivated the smart rotation, then my screen rotates much faster like about a second or two instead of 4 seconds.. so I would say problem solved..

QUOTE(Gilthoniel @ Sep 30 2013, 12:45 AM) Just tried out Golf mode today. Super awesome! My dad went crazy when he saw this mode and what it can do to improve his swing. This is a still image exported from the golf 'video' [attachmentid=3652677] Photo was taken in golf mode during a practice swing before teeing off this morning. Not sure if TS wanna put this up there in the features section. The exported video isn't anything great. not slow motion enough but the real golf 'video' is super slow mo with speed of your swing recorded. Very awesome stuff and you get to analyze your swing for self improvement @joytest not sure if you wanna put post #30 into your photography post
