wow so fast v6 thread ha... just finish reading previous versions from beginning.. today only knew got this note 3 link... aishhh im backdated.. but still not able to read each n every posting.. so if repeat same question please dont jump on me ya..

anyway guys im on NOTE 2 telco plan, feel like trade in my phone for NOTE 3 at outside.. wondering how much my NOTE 2 will be sold ? any idea guys.. any brothers sisters over here done it ?

currently mine is surfmore75 maxis, simcard registered on 2013 APRIL. so for the LTE do i need to get special simcard or the service must be activated by telco with extra charges ? ... NOTE 3 still using micro simcard right... as i went tru some posts, some members saying its auto detect once insert previous simcard to LTE phones.. but just wondering..

another thing, for NOTE 3 is there any options to disable LTE, like in NOTE 2 network mode can be changed GSM/WCDMA (auto mode)
GSM only
WCDMA only..

if i select GSM, 3G disabled and only operates on 2G... so wondering NOTE 3 has anything like disabling LTE and just let it run on 3G..

the reason im asking this because some places the 3G coverages bad, so when the phone network keep syncing for 3G or H+.. its consuming more battery.. so i let it be on just 2G.. if for NOTE 3 LTE capability, with the battery just 3200mh... im wondering..

since many of NOTE 2 users already switching, personally what do you guys think is it worth to upgrade from NOTE 2 to NOTE 3 ?

Sold my note 2 to a friend for RM1350. I believe trading in will always get considerably lower returns. Got the device from Maxis with the same plan as you. Yes the Note 3 is using the same sim card. I immediately received 4G after inserting the card so I am not sure if an upgrade is needed.

haha bro thanks for the reply, i just edited my postn with some points and refreshed saw ur reply for previous... between yours new sim card right ? any idea how about old micro simcard.. so urs same plan ha then LTE should be default ha with no extra charges ?

i see maxis not offering any plans with 1 year contract right... urs 2 years ?

but personally i feel surfmore75.. 5GB not worth if doing more calls.. first 5 months the bill was minimum since my deposit 250 was get deducted every months 50 ringgit.. then one 6th month waaa the bill can go up to 200.. and i dont even finishing the 5GB every month... lucky mine just 1 year contract...

Yes, it has been reported since yesterday. If you really use handwriting heavily, I would suggest you to use Direct Input. Many of us find this method is much more useful than the handwriting keyboard

Handwriting keyboard the one u guys talking about is keyboard appears for spen n we can even use fingers to write in and it detects the text to be appear in whtsapp sms or anything... so now note 3 has problem to detect the text ? Wht is direct pen input ? Is it new feature for note 3 guys?...
