Go Samsung site and find Note 3 support/download. Download Kies, install it and uninstall but keep the driver. After that plug in the Note 3, it will auto install the driver.

Hi, thanks a lot. My 1st question already solved. But the 2nd, kinda sad. Bought at RM155. Expensive but no S-view. Bought at lowyat plaza Tarita Multimedia.

Who else got this case but no S-view? Can change a new 1?

You shall check on the spot since you buy at shop. Maybe you can return to that shop and talk about it. Show them the S-View feature is not working.

did they tell you that the case is S-View capable? If yes, then go back to change. Else, you just have to accept what it is.

My bad for not trying it on the spot coz already no more battery. This case sell at facebook extreamly cheap. But there no stated that got S-view. Wondering this case got S-view onot.

yep even those pictures is not s-view, just normal view only. like i said, u kena tipu, that's the problem with handphone and accessories seller nowadays, all like to potong people wan, since they know u know nothing about phones, i rather buy online or check online to confirm the price first before buying any accessories.

now it cannot detect after i switched back from Auto Correct mode! i tried so many times changing the setting..

Any idea where I can buy the original Samsung black S View case?

Been searching high and low for the past week and only found white. I'm seriously desperate for it. Heck I wouldn't even mind paying slightly higher than the retail price for it.

Go back to the shop and talk with them. See they refund or anything or not.

In future, buy anything must test on the spot. The world is not trust-able now.

I don't think it got S-View features.

If I look at it, it is the same with Rock casing with window. From all the promotion pictures, it doesn't show the dedicated S View screen (where you can see the notification and access to action memo, camera and music) that comes with the S View cover. Those image you seen is only the default lockscreen image.

But for those who bought this type of casing including the windowed Rock casing, at least you still can answer the phone call without opening the flip cover by pressing the home button. All you need to do is go to Setting > Device Tab > Accessibility > Answering / ending calls > select The home key answers calls

Says 1 to 2 weeks.

Keep rebooting and sometimes got loud buzzing noise then hang.

Really disappointed in Samsung. If they give 1-to-1 I still better. This is too much, paid 2.4k for faulty device.

Last time bought my HTC One X also got problem within 7days n they let 1-to-1.

Maybe this is gonna be my first and last Samsung phone.

Sorry to hear that bro. Seems like your luck with phone really annoys you back to HOX. Should go to the main SC if you are in KL. My friend claim his S4 active 1 to 1 on the 3rd day of his purchase in SC at federal highway. Seems like now not many shop provide 1 to 1 exchange.
