i've tried my pak uda's honda jazz. i also hav tried honda jazz the cbu one. the test drive unit. so so different both of them. yeah abt the quality seems cbe lot more better. the ckd seems ok. got fog light and singnal indicator. but the quality plastic ah cong oh handbrake area. seat feels good.

Lol, for me its vastly different since I was driving a CVT City. Really miss the smooth gear transitions. But in terms of pickup the Jazz is definitely better, mainly due to the fact that the car is lighter i guess (correct me if I'm wrong)

CVT City (2002-2008), according to Wiki it's 1,090kg curb weight... Jazz is 1,110kg...

Maybe conventional torque converter has more throttle response than CVT...

Strange, when I had my City and then my friends GF bought a CBU Jazz, I swear the car felt more powerful than my City even though both 1.5.

Strange.......maybe it was just a jealous reaction to the new Jazz the friend was driving lol

Yup its the CBU first gen Jazz, definitely felt more powerful than my 05 City, and it cost 98K i think

Here's an update after finishing up my 2nd tank. First tank on Petron gives 462km, 2nd tank on Petronas gives 474km...



I noticed that once the fuel gauge hit the last 1/4 tank, it finishes quite fast - literally speaking, it's like fuel leaking somewhere...

I just had somewhere slightly less than 1/4 tank at Setia Alam, going back via NKVE, by the time I reached Subang toll, already fuel indicator light, needle went down to less than 1/8 tank... That's like less than 15km distance...

15km/l is a friggin dream man... how i wish the roads are so clear for me

K. My best (or wifey) mileage is 13km/l. Average is 10.5km/l. Stuck in jam too often (bringing kids to school). Haven't actually tried long distance like Melaka or Penang, but I believe can do 16km/l easily if on highway.

Good thoughts but dunno whether can get good participation in car clubs thrend or not.

those high milage/liter can be obtained at cruising speed,
but not at stop-go-stop condition.

this month i use a lot of petrol on highways at clear traffic,
u may refer them at fuelly.

oh btw, just servicing the car for 10k km.
peringgit auto suggested tyre rotation (front to back - back to front) @ <rm80.

My wife's Jazz only 11.5km/l, worst than my 1.8M Inspira of 13.5km/l. Driving speed the same(80-110km/h)

Tyre flipping won't affect much, I never do so. And they are charging alot for flipping. My area only charge rm10-20.

after tyre flipping, the tyres need to do balancing, rite?

So far done 3+++km, serviced once.
Actually you can do alignment only and flip the tire. Then save you some money.

if say i wan to install auto cruise,
it is plug n play?

is our jazz system already support that auto-cruise function?
