Actually I think some of us just cant tahan to drive 100kmph, its very slow and very sien, so to be honest faster finish 1K service then can vroom already

mine got car washed 2nd day, now 2 weeks not washed yet... dusty like abandoned cars on apocalypse...

all thanks to hazy weather and water rationing...

Yeah same here bro, got the car and did not wash it yet for 2 weeks. This Monday will be 1K service and maybe ask SC if can wash the car or not for FOC instead of paying 10 bucks for washing.

Interestingly my SC gave me some sort of coupon for "discounted car waxing", 1st wax costs about RM70 but I heard its not too good to wax too often as it will damage the paint job of the car.

those high milage/liter can be obtained at cruising speed,
but not at stop-go-stop condition.

this month i use a lot of petrol on highways at clear traffic,
u may refer them at fuelly.

oh btw, just servicing the car for 10k km.
peringgit auto suggested tyre rotation (front to back - back to front) @ <rm80.

ur wife honda, @ what milage? traffic condition?

i dunno the details as yet, just requested my father on my behalf to service.
after tyre flipping, the tyres need to do balancing, rite?

Here's an update on fuel consumption after a mid-tank refuel this morning...

This is what I've noticed despite being on a heavier usage this time around for only 274km - average with 1 or 2 passengers on 70% of the time, slightly heavier foot, and more stop and go on traffic around 30% of that distance, more hunting for car parks (stupid school holidays), average 50% city 50% highway...

It's more fuel saving compared to running down the entire tank. Also noticed during refueling this morning, less evaporation upon opening of the fuel lid. My usual refuel despite occurring at nights, with fuel runs down, chances of evaporation occurs higher.

Perhaps that explains why the last half or quarter tank always empties a lot more faster...?

i think u can do these:

1. please reset the "mileage counter" before journey. automatically the "km/l" meter will be reset.

2. make a journey.
2a. note the traffic: clear, jam & congested.

3. please note the engine rpm @90km/h & @120km/h.

2a. oh, stop-go-stop condition. then 11km/l is ok la.

the provided "km/l meter" is quite accurate, provided "distance meter" is reset each time.

i'm thinking of doing mineral all the way. 5k km/service tuu..

I parked my car in a mall yesterday. Got home to realize there was a tiny dent n scratch on my side door most likely caused by the car door parked next to mine in the mall. Anyone knows how much it will cause to spray this small thing in PJ area? Did it happen to you all often?

But fixing outside will the paint color match? I am scared to have two color tones. Really undecided.

Thats the problem bro, if fix outside the risk of paint not matching is quite high, better repaint the whole door, if outside i think will cost a few hundred at least. Try and check in forum I believe that there are a few paint shops recommended before. It's not like GTA where can go Pay and Spray and bam new color lol

Last week i met Honda SA somewhere in KL and she said the new 3rd Gen Jazz will be launch after raya and the pre-book will be open as early at the end of June..

Current generation last time expensive 90k, lots of ppl figure it's not worth 90k for such a small car...

I prefer Jazz not going mainstream... Keep the car "cold", less unwanted attention...
