Does anyone facing High Ping ytd? It was 20+ms previously but then its jumped till 50++ms.. seems weird and download and upload seems fine. just with the high ping. Keep dc from playing ps4...

hurm....account suspended..payment made yesteday morning and called them to reactivate..provided the transaction number..after more than 24 hours line still not reactivated yet...already called them this morning but still nothing...haihhh

I used the account operator with the default password h566UniFi and deleted the admin account. Dont forget to change your password as well.
I then changed the DNS under Setup > WAN > 1_INTERNET_R > Edit .

Btw, dooes anyone have the Huawei EC6106V5 as your STB? Could anyone share their setting, since I resetted my modem without writing them down.

after upgrading to Vip10, everything went wrong. the connection started to slow down and gaming is almost impossible.

What number do I call for to upgrade to 10Mbps, last time they always call me now my turn call them back. I didnt save their numbers lel.

I'm a VIP5 user and I have noticed a massive slowdown for my internet speed too.
I was able to direct-download a file at a speed of 500kb/s previously, but recently, my download speed can only reach to the maximum of about 300kb/s.
Speed test results show that my download speed is only 2.xx mbps compared to 4.xx mbps previously. I have lodged a report with TM and I'm still waiting for their reply.

No issue with Biz10 in my company.

But at home VIP10, international server on speedtest only manage around 2~3Mbps, some even with 1.x Mbps.
While for local server on speedtest, some (like TMnet)managed to get around 8~9Mbps, while other like Digi, Yes, only manage to get around 6mbps.

But for upload, all managed to get 10mbps.

Upload seems no problem but download vary fro site to site.

I subscribe for VIP 10 at RM179 per month minus the free sports or mega pack. Even though, I love to watch sports, but rm199 permonth seems too much for me. I will share with my brother the monthly payment. How fast is it actually the speed of VIP10?..can it stream 1080p smoothly without buffering?..I will share the unifi with my brother which is maybe he also try to stream 1080p.hahahaha.I dont do gaming and maybe slightly download torrent..Currently on Streamyx 1mbps and I don't have any idea how fast the unifi is.Hope its way better than streamyx.

gaming no lag at all

Currently on VIP10 + Mega Pack.. superb! very satisfied very diff from stimix 1Mbps I use last time. No lag gaming, ping 10 - 13ms only for BF4 SG server. Youtube 1080p can run 2 videos on the same time w/o buffering. Mega Pack also OK for me, even some VOD need to purchase but the channel still OK la, btw I very enjoy with their HyppTV Everywhere. I can watch SOME channel through PC or smartphone, so not bored anymore if need to wait for something

hi I am considering to buy a new 801.11ac router for unifi. is D-link DIR-850L a good choice in terms of speed, wifi range, ease of configuring etc? thanks

Yup, download speed has been varies a lot since few days ago, but upload seems intact, for my VIP10.
Can't stream properly youtube that with more than 720p.

But Biz 10 at my company seems not be affected at all.

Any idea what is the root cause of the problem?
