Mijia dashcam is nice too but if heat is your concern then better choose dashcam that is using a capacitor and not lithium battery.

Since you mentioned it, what are the most common capacitor models? Beside the G1W?

For me I do some research before buying. At first my budget same as you 200+300. At last buy viofo A119. Today is first day using. After 3 to 4 hour test to play the video quality using my computer, wow the video quality really impressed me. Now keeping budget for second A119 for my other cars.
