I wish for a full featured film solely recorded by them Lumias. At least that is what I dream of

QUOTE(adam ultimo @ Oct 4 2013, 01:53 AM) Nope.1. I couldn't find any from the stores. 2. The guy at the nokia store suggested that I didn't need one. Fortunately it's barely noticeable but I'm pretty upset and pissed off. I didn't put it together with keys or anything. The only time it could come into contact with anything is when I get out of the car and I'm holding the phone and the keys together for a few seconds. Gorilla glass 3 my ass. |

QUOTE(ikram_p @ Oct 4 2013, 08:14 AM) I read that too, but I also read that they tested a screen that had half of it coated with the oleophobic coating and the other half naked, and the half with the coating was more scratch resistant. This post has been edited by Zephyr_Mage: Oct 4 2013, 08:42 AM |

QUOTE(ikram_p @ Oct 2 2013, 10:29 PM) like tskhor said, use battery apps. i'm using it, and it is good. Seem better than 808 in low light...below picture taken at 5mpxl, 8pm, keramat au2, auto, inside a car [attachmentid=3657521] p.s. Pro kept bising because Nokia no longer fancy giving pro a camera to take insects and reptiles pictures. Back then when Nokia was being generous, no matter how bad the software were, Pro kept praising Nokia till no end. What phone did Pro buy now? LOL... |

The lowest price now is around RM2188/2199 from SatuGadgetDotCom or DirectDIt comes with Camera Grip + some misc free gifts. Deducting the Camera Grip, the phone cost less than RM2K. Seems OK. But I think I'll wait a little longer more, the price most likely will go down further since now it's just launch like 1 week+ ago? And currently, there's also Note 3 and Z1 which may impact the price of Lumia 1020 later. Just not sure whether later IF the price drops below RM2K, will it still have Camera Grip free? If No, then not much different than now? Also not sure will there be AP version for 64GB units. Authorised set most likely will not have 64GB units. |

Do you guys use the camera grip often ? Say day to day, work/office/study life.
I think for the standard user (i.e. having a phone to take maybe 10-15 photos a day during routine daily tasks - not specifically going for photography) it's a nice to have accessory, but not essential. Don't see myself bringing the grip with me daily, or even on weekends. Bottom line: Hope Nokia releases the phone, at a cheaper price, without the camera grip included - for users such as myself. |
