Hmmm, so the powerbank wasn't free actually eh ?
RM2,288 - RM299 (grip RRP) = RM1,989. Kan senang if Nokia went ahead and sold it at this introductory price ? |

December 2012 @ Lumia 920 launch price = RM1,999
August 2013 @ Lumia 925 launch price = RM1,799 September 2013 @ Lumia 1020 launch price = RM2,499 inc FOC (rite) RM299 camera grip. So technically phone price = RM2,200 Dec 2013 @ Lumia 1520 launch = RM2xxx ? By then, Lumia 1020 = RM1xxx ? A RM300-RM400 drop seems likely. This post has been edited by Eoma: Sep 25 2013, 04:33 PM |

Hah, superbuy either realized the "mistake" OR Nokia told them to take down the price.
I'm finding for the Google cached copy of this. "cache:" doesn't seem to work. |

QUOTE(mwtang @ Sep 25 2013, 07:05 PM) Correct. Nokia is testing the market for elasticity, and how many volumes they can shift at pricepoint X. and then adjust accordingly. I'm of the opinion that (given the current state they're in) they could have priced it lower. Well, we'll see in one month's time. |

Do you guys use the camera grip often ? Say day to day, work/office/study life.
I think for the standard user (i.e. having a phone to take maybe 10-15 photos a day during routine daily tasks - not specifically going for photography) it's a nice to have accessory, but not essential. Don't see myself bringing the grip with me daily, or even on weekends. Bottom line: Hope Nokia releases the phone, at a cheaper price, without the camera grip included - for users such as myself. |
