I think it is the same as I didn't notice the price being different from other outlets. I think the so called premium is due to a different concept (marketing gimmick).

Not sure. Not Tesco to Tesco comparison, but Tesco Premium with Jay Grocery le!

lol so many bashers. the only thing i find this mall needs to improve on is to bring in more mid-premium brands. stuff like Coach etc. Shops are all very very mid-low range as of now

Proposed parking rates i don't find expensive. Standard la. which mall in KV do you not have to pay parking for... not a reason for reducing crowds at all

We are poor......you are rich....that is how rich see things ........that we poor don't.

New parking rates including premier parking. Lost ticket penalty cheaper than big malls

Agree. Almost comparable to sunway pyramid (weekdays same also) and MV (slightly more).

I don't think it will deter people from visiting the mall. Few ringgit to take family there for half a day to walk around (even if for window shopping), take in air-con and some makan-makan.

If want free, then take the free shuttle or go by motorbike for those students, etc.

When midvalley 1st started, I think also dont have coach.... do you look at who are the one currently visiting the mall? Looks like family members living nearby (some women wearing short pants/kids wearing normal shirt wore at home)

This mall has phase 2 later, why the rush to bring in more luxury shops now?

its human nature, never fulfilling demand, and yet not buying also...

most of the ppl still not learn to walk but wanted to fly..

same goes to shopping mall, they want all the luxury shop open, but are they buying? i dont think so...

just look at starhill, how many customer in the mall?

can anyone comment on d clothes shop bizness? i recall Nucentral clothes shop doing badly

skve severe jam both direction when entering ioi city mall.
Think is the last minute go before the parking incur.

access from skve-puchong can go directly into this mall liao ah?

few weeks back, caught in terrible jam (at 9am+) cuz of construction of the flyover road deck.

IOI City mall are the worst mall in msia... i think it will not last for a year...

Today was my second visit since first day opening. They have started to collect parking charges since 2/1/15. Weekdays first 3 hours is RM1 followed by RM1 subsequent hour. Weekend is RM3 first 3 hours and RM1 subsequent hour.

Not expensive but not as cheap as 1U or Curve.

District 21 looks fun. RM55 promo Next visit will be when GSC opens.
