cinema is one of the very major factor for a mall to become success...hardly to see any mall failed with TGV and GSC...

and saw quite a number of mall become success after cinema kick in...

tropicana city mall was quite dead and only become happening after GSC opening..

eventhough AEON with cinema is more successful compare to AEON mall without cinema...

In fact, TGV in Cheras Sentral and 1Shamelin remain the best option for me to catch up movie without all the queues and jams in Klang Valley. icon_idea.gif

I think lower levels they can do it since they overhauled the building. Back then, the cinema were at the Hotel area. Maybe the management is anticipating huge tenants to occupy all the floors.

Dun think anytime soon for even a 70% occupations. Must wait for the MRT completed then only will see a better shoppers flow.

Operating shops there are barely hanging and only relying on weekend crowds. Weekdays its just a dead mall.

There was once im the only person who are in the cinema watching movie. Scary but enjoying thou. sweat.gif
