ya tomoro onwards until new year la.. esp weekends.. Kajang ppl mus go thru the jam to get to the other side n vice versa with Cyber/putra folks..

the mall is at several junctions of major highways/roads in KL south which is good for fengshui.. After all, more JAM more ONG!
*
no good especially since right in front of the mall there is a bottleneck with road works and construction of the direct flyover from high way to the mall.

last friday evening equine park to kajang took almost 1 hour via skve.

this friday sure even worse cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

YES yes, i think the catchment around n south of IOI City will remain with IOI City but areas like Seri Kembangan, Cheras South, Puchong South n Balakong might be lost to PBJ & the TRX/Ikea/Velocity strip if they can pull off a good show..
*
i dont know about TRX/Ikea/Velocity, but PBJ to me i would avoid going at all costs just because of the road and traffic conditions leading in and out of the mall.

PBJ is nearby the LRT line which is a good thing for them though.

How much?  Same like MV or 1U price?
*
IOI not charging for parking yet. Even the parking system is not installed yet.

However i don't quite like the car park. looks very small and enclosed with low roof like midV parking. Also maybe not fully complete but the signage in parking lots i find lacking hmm.gif

novelty factors nia....new toilet syndrome.....it will pass after CNY....
*
of course lor..after CNY it will be low season for all malls not just IOI

i think so far so good la IOI. the tenants are not bad so far. LG reminds me of mid valley.

just hope stronger tenants move in.

for it to die, i think won't. for it to be outstanding, only time can tell.

lol so many bashers. the only thing i find this mall needs to improve on is to bring in more mid-premium brands. stuff like Coach etc. Shops are all very very mid-low range as of now

Proposed parking rates i don't find expensive. Standard la. which mall in KV do you not have to pay parking for... doh.gif not a reason for reducing crowds at all
