I think so under normal circumstances. Not much competition in this area.

But if economy tanks, then expect everywhere also will have lesser people spending money. Mostly window shoppers.

Spending power still strong. the Magnum shop still got queue even though not as many as midvalley.

Think even gst come also wont have effect to majority people.

there will be a drop but not 50% la .. last time with MV launching also free parking then later paid parking i dont see much decrease. Same to here since nearby no actual competition or similar scale mall, residents there will still patron the mall..

I think both cinema and Wangsa Bowling still not opened yet... Looking forward to their grand opening..

After all the surrounding projects VP by IOI, guarantee this place will be crowded

Both are not yet opened - update as of Christmas day.

the parking exit to highway is too near and causing jam before exit as many cars stuck at the traffic light there...
hope IOI can do something to improve this.
