Titanium seems have some problem restoring on 4.3.
Much easier if you go to 4.1.2 first so you won't have any problem restoring all your apps and data. Then do a Nandroid backup for the new 4.1.2 and keep it save.

Now you can try leaked 4.3. This way if got any heavy problem with 4.3. ..you can always restore back your 4.1.2 Nandroid with all your apps and data intact.

Mova all your apps data to 4.1.2 first. Make a Nandroid backup...then only you try move to 4.3.

If everything okay then good for you...if you have problem restoring your apps data to 4.3 then you can always restore back to 4.1.2.

Better and safe at 4.1.2..rather than 4.1.1.

I moved to 4.1.2 but sometime the phone lags for no reason, can't open any apps, errors, etc
That's why I'm trying a custom ROM

Get the sim card replace. I never had such issue on maxis.

Have you try factory reset your phone..?
Make sure you make all the necessary backup first.

Tb still works well on note 2 4.3 cos our se Linux is permissive. There will not be any issues restoring apps.

ya, but they recommend me not to register with samsung as if problem occur after warranty in one or two week, they still able to help me to claim the warranty, if registered with samsung, after warranty they cant do anything. LOL

That's the dumbest suggestion I ever heard , given by a shop . If your phone is ori , what can they do for u ? Give u a 1 to 1 ? If that's the case , I dont mind but if not , it's not like they can repair the unit without voiding the warranty seal . U sure yours is ori ? Take a pic of your box bro and post it here

Based on last report less than 100 sets were recovered by police. Rest I believe now scattered all over market. It was even reported 3 lowyat shops were questioned over this !!
