There is no spot reduction. You just start exercising then go on and on until you hit your target.

You need to get motivation. It's really important.

Consistency: Commit yourself to exercise on certain days of the week. There is always time for exercises. Manage your time.

Companionship: Get a friend/buddy to join you so you don't have to go through it alone.

Destination: Set a goal for yourself. What do you really want? Lose some bodyfat? Gain strength? Look like Hulk Hogan? Run 12 marathons in 2014? Set the destination so you know you are closer to goal.

No matter what destination you set, the journey is a struggle. All you gotta do is survive.

EDIT: Not necessarily the Hulkamania himself... you can opt for Bruce Lee too...
