The main idea would be 'wet market meat, home cooked food'.

Apparently, most people preferred to pay RM 7 for a lunch which consists of rice, a piece of chicken, and vegetables but if you follow the above idea, you have have the same lunch for the price of RM 4ish. RM 1.00 for a fried egg? How about RM 0.40 for a good premium 8.5 gram protein fried egg cooked with olive oil?

Well that's at least for me. I cooked a lot, sometimes in batches.

Then reheat them using normal way. I had to do that too when my microwave burnt by electric shock.

I use a wok, cut all them chicken breasts up to pieces, season and stir fry. I dont even need to put in much oil..

For me, bicycle exercise is the best for targeting the six pack muscles and the obliques. There is no magic in getting rid of belly fat. But when you lose weight on bicycle exercise, belly fat usually goes first. brows.gif thumbup.gif

Get the fundamental correct first. I'm not against cyclists, as I do have many friends who love the sports but .....

First leave the thought of losing weight fast. There is no way to lose weight fast and you have to do the hard working.

1st drink too much water and 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily.

2nd You should start eating healthy and consume fewer calories than you burn, then you will begin to lose fat.

3rd You should start aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise could be something you enjoy like dancing, jogging, water aerobics or just walking for exercise.

Follow these easy steps and you will see the results very fast.
