1520 seems only a few mm wider. Longer isnt much of an issue to me. Seems like Nokia kept the size reasonable this time. Lumia 920's size could have easily gotten a 4.7" screen. =.=

my lumia 920 almost same size as lumia 625 sweat.gif

blur? Not that sharp is the word.

Almost every camera also have this "not so sharp" on the corner.  laugh.gif

Some great macro shots there! No problem with macro or manual focus, expect non-focused part to be blur. But for infinite focus it'll be apparent.

See sample from my 720: blurry at edges.

That's quite bad you know, probably because of the f/1.9?

White's cover will reflect the lights onto your subject if you're shooting close ups, definitely better!

I would pick yellow to match with amber theme! nod.gif

My favorite is still red, and until today i regret not buying 920 in red, but anyway white is my 2nd pick after red so im okay with my white 920. Dad is using a red 520, mum is on a black 625.

do you think 920 will be outdated soon when new model release? or being left out with new updates? like android..some model will not be able to receive new updates after a year old

This can't be helped, since camera's aperture on Lumia 920 is very big (F/2), 720 even bigger (F/1.9), more light going in camera's sensor, but image most of the time sharp at center, soft on the corner. sweat.gif

I've checked with other forumers in L720 thread, seems like mine is the worst. Other users reported minimal blur, which is acceptable. Hope all goes well for my 920 purchase!

Whichever comes first hahaha, I'm okay with both.

920 won't be outdated that soon since every OS runs the same. sweat.gif

We will come back to this "concern" during the announcement of WP8.1 which probably won't happen that soon.

I think our 920 won't be very future proof with the current spec. Later on suddenly they said not enough RAM to run WP 8.1 doh.gif
Currently using red 920, so far is aiming for the red 1520 which is the only glossy unit... unless suddenly they come out with something like 5" with same spec as 1520 for worldwide.

920 will definitely get 8.1, and small updates after 8.1.
The next big one after 8,.1, like, 8.2, 8.3, etc, whatever they will call it, might not hit the 920. If it does, maybe some features are skimped out. You know, like what apple does for their older phones, they still update them but some features of the newest updates are removed. That isnt a bad idea to me.

But still, you need to change a smartphone latest also after it reached 3 years old. For me it's 2 years cycle. Im juz a college student. If i start working ady maybe i can get new model almost yearly. I love gadgets in general.

Just bought a 920 red color as replacement of my aging blackberry.. surprised by the smoothness of the OS and the camera (using Nokia Pro Cam)..

bought 2nd hand 700 rm still good condition + the shop throw me a brand new qi wireless charging.. is it a good deal? The warranty got 3 month to go..

One more thing, I did notice the screen flickers when i tried to run MS Lync apps (with blue background) and the rest of the apps including IE does not flickers.. should i bring to Nokia Center to check?

If it's only 1 single app, then the app might be the cause. If it happens all the time but randomly (even on your start screen/home page), then it's hardware issue.

ms announced that windows phone 8 will got 3 years update and support which i think all update will be coming but depends on phone manufacturer will provide update to our phone...

i think lumia 920 also can support windows phone 9 depend whether nokia will release update for it because the min ram for windows phone 9 must be 1gb coz they need to target low entry market.
