Who knows few more months they will come out with a larger internal storage or something like aluminum body... Just like after we got our 920 not long then they announced 925.

gosh... was planning to pre-order that 1020 when it is available. But after seeing the price then I decided to wait few more months... They are like forcing people to buy their black camera grip with the powerbank bundled together but advertising it as 'free gift'....

QUOTE(EXkurogane @ Sep 20 2013, 07:08 PM) I also see manu iPhone users, most of them use Digi becaus etheir plan is the cheapest, but, seriously, u get what you pay for. I have been on Maxis for so many years, and a satisfied customer at that. Just that. i would appreciate them more if they stop spamming me messages of various ads and CRT offers on a daily basis. |

QUOTE(zachary22_77 @ Sep 23 2013, 02:47 PM) Actually the top mic is used for noise cancellation only during calls. The main mic for voice is still at the bottom. Sadly there's no way to switch noise cancellation off so that if the top mic is blocked it doesn't impede the voice for calls. So best thing is don't block the top mic during calls. I noticed that the top mic is also use for voice when you are on speaker phone. I tried to block either top or btm mic and both also working together. |

QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ Sep 29 2013, 12:24 PM) Max 1k in pristine condition? No thanks to Lumia 925 SRP Yea... I guess around next month when the announces the availability of the 1520 phablet, for the the price for 1020 will further lower down. Now already got retailers selling 1020 at RM2188 with free camera grip. Where got ppl will choose to buy from Nokia Store....But my humble suggestion, better wait if you able to, as 920 is already above average. Just for few more months till 1020 SRP dropping, it should be pretty fast in Malaysia. This post has been edited by GKWong: Sep 29 2013, 12:44 PM |

Or we still can listen to mix radio without having to subscribe? no need subscription to listen. it might be recently is too cloudy or rainy days then the GPS is getting difficulty to lock on. I encountered this issue few times before when is too cloudy. And the GPS will be harder to lock on if you are moving in a car.
Also to said that actually the GPS reception for our 920 is not that strong comparing with previous Nokia flagship. |

QUOTE(s7ran9er @ Oct 4 2013, 02:47 PM) It's every weak on my end, still figuring how to fix it. as I know some metallic base tint film such as Vkool might disrupt GPS receptionI have to wind down the window to get proper GPS lock but when the car moved too fast the signal will be lost. Some times, the GPS will lost tracking when I'm about to reach the destination. |

QUOTE(LightningZERO @ Oct 9 2013, 11:34 AM) Yeah...I really dun understand MS. Is it really that difficult to do a manually activated search for update function? Maybe they want to prevent uncontrolled users that keep on spamming their server with update checking frequently and slowing down their Store.Or maybe they want to preserve the simplicity concept of the OS to let everything work automatically... but right now there's sure something wrong on their side. Me and my bro here using 920 also not getting updates from Store now. |

QUOTE(EXkurogane @ Oct 9 2013, 01:28 PM) At least im getting updates for my apps on time from the store a lot. Everytime i see in some forum or WP central sats "new version" the update is already waiting in my app store. I hope there's an option for us to switch between 2 or 3 rows...As for GDR3, according to WPCentral those with WXGA resolution (920, 925, 928, 1020) will also get 3 row of medium tiles I simulated the feel with loading a screenshot into my phone's photos, doesnt feel terribly bad when it comes to the smallest tile. The size is almost like that of an app's icon seen in an iPhone. |

there's always rumors spreading around by ppl that never try before WP8 and saying that the platform is lacking of a lot useful apps. Is more like a 'myth' to me... and it is BUSTED!

I don't think developers will be so fast to release an updated app which support custom notification sound. Since this is not official release yet. But hopefully we can get our Bittersweet Shimmer by November...
