Depends what company, heard HTC was bad in supporting their android devices but now i dont know. The updates for us is dependent on Nokia Malaysia, if they slowpoke we get it late. GDR2 + Amber is already rolling out in other countries.

No idea if glance screen will drain the battery, i better not use it. But double tap to wake is nice, i dunwan to keep raping the power button

Update success, about 20-25mins including downloading. Double tap works great. As for Glance, trying peek mode. See how battery life turns out...

The double tap, seems like a very light touch can activate it. blink.gif 2 light taps without using fingernail and the lock screen shows up right away.

In Glance peek, 4 hours since full charge, with wifi, bluetooth, connected & nfc on. 95% left.

I have seen mint green, exclusive to Australia apparently but i didnt know if that was real or a fake. But that mint green looked damn sexy.

Battery life seems to be pretty good for me so far with GDR2. Yesterday full charge at 5pm. Today 8pm now still have 46%. Wifi, Bluetooth connected, NFC on but Data off. Glance on peek mode, double tap also on.

My Music, 6.5Gb, Videos 2.2Gb.
Still smooth as usual after update with radio added, as everyone knows, but other than that, no difference. Love how battery life has gotten a lot better

Just realised how beautiful my photos turn out even with the default camera app after the amber update. There's still a tendency to overexpose though, the photos looks fantastic on phone screen but a bit lesser on computer screen. So, i guess screen quality also plays a role. =.=

Im using my own Jpop songs as alarm? hmm.gif Since i bought the phone last year. Same rule, 30secs/1Mb or less. If those tones appear in your ringtones, they also appear in your alarm tones, u can just choose. I have 10 tracks in the ringtones folder, i change around when i feel like it, for my ringtone and alarm tone. And every different alarm u set, u can assign a different tone.

It's already like that even before portico update LOL. The songs in your ringtones folder, if they appear in your ringtones in settings, they will also appear in alarm tones for you to choose.

Mine still cant connect to FB properly, sometimes can sometimes cannot. But i stopped caring about it long ago because i dont chat on a phone. It's just not something i do with a phone usually, not comfortable chatting a lot by relying on touch screen keyboard.

Mine turned out fine, no pinkish, just shot one at my ceiling. Try wipe your lens, then try again and see?
I noticed it improved, for my 920, although overexposure still happens (too bright) with the default software.

EDIT: Haiz, USD almost 3.4 ady, i guess Lumia 1020 wont be RM 1999 anymore, maybe RM 2099. =.=
