I tried to call agent today,
he told me there r no such thing.
you cant get 1200 rental in SW nowadays.
dont know who can be trusted.

SW agents are quite up to date, so far O know all small and medium units are taken up by tenant, RM1200 for sure cannot get

just like some say, studio unit sold at 580k recently .hehe

What I meant is that you cannot get rent at RM1200 per month in SW. That's a bit ridiculous

so based on the psf rate, 1007 is around 690k, and 1096 is around 750k now?

Subsale mkt is like new condo, the bigger the apt, the cheaper per sf price
1350sf can fetch max 800K

How many outsiders actually know about the opening of Grand Shanghai? I bet very minimal Puchongite knows about it. I asked all my colleagues, none knew about it.

Poor marketing by whoever is running the marketing for SW. The one who manages SW Facebook should be fired too.

it looks like we have to teach them how to do A&P
step 1: put up banner below TGV and Celebrity Fitness on the mall outside facade
step 2: advertise in the star
step 3: done and maintain sp setia as leading developer
