SW agents are quite up to date, so far O know all small and medium units are taken up by tenant, RM1200 for sure cannot get

The couples were just moving in to the stated "studio" with RM 1200 / month.
Maybe the couples cheated :-P

Rental is not cheap at RM1200

What I meant is that you cannot get rent at RM1200 per month in SW. That's a bit ridiculous

1200 x 2 (couple mar) = rm2.4k
good rental yield mar, no?

so based on the psf rate, 1007 is around 690k, and 1096 is around 750k now?
