hi, wait a minute?
is broadcast tower same as call tower?
i thought these can cause cancer, or somesort??
i mean, there're lots of schools complaining that government putting cell towers in their compound and that, we (setiawalk residents) gotta welcome these?

pardon me, if i was just being paranoid!

i'm looking for safe place to stay,

cheers

If you look at their location, it is quite far from residential block (for the short range power output of such devices - after 3-4km even your mobile will have problem picking up a good signal). If you are standing in front of the device and within 1 meter then it may be a different story. Just look around - there are so many such devices - very frequently mounted on top of shop houses. Look carefully there should be one within 4 km of where u are living now otherwise u will suffer from poor mobile network services.

hi, thanks for the clarification, i reckon, in the end, they're mostly just antenna right? not really the gigantic tower, right?

U-Turn from which direction ?
Any pictures/plans of the U-Turn ?
Would this solve the jam at the Pusat Bandar Puchong junction ?

U turn starting from somewhere near the bus stop at LDP and following Psn. Wawasan before turning back into Setiawalk. One thing for sure it will solve the turning into Setiawalk. PBP junction got jam? You mean at the bus stop there with the waiting taxis?

Another useless U-turn which serves low number of vehicles....
Will SP Setia move the bus stand/taxi stand ?
The Bus/Taxi Stand should be place next to the Bomba Station (road wide enough)

Useless for the rest, but definitely useful for us Setiawalk residences and patrons smile.gif What to do, the RAs objected to an earlier approved entry into Setiawalk from LDP, hence this solution which was agreed by all parties.

why the entrance for bad boy cooks is at the side?
is it because of feng shui not good facing the noisy sector 7 or the ugly brick walls workers chill out makan area?
by side entrance it eats into R2 area near enough

whether the elevated u turn will help residents more or visitors to commercial lots? at present it is long queue trying to make a U turn into SW residents so this U turn will offer 2nd option or it becomes the only option where they will shut down the present U turn?

1 of the most recent transactions done

type D 845 sf unit # R2-XX-13A
sold at RM580k or RM686 psf.

new owner doesn't mind F1 or aeroplane sound as long as the view is unobstructed.

check with the agents covering sw. not nice to mention the specific unit just in case both previous/new owners might get offended.
