In order to ensure natural tastiness and juiciness, all the ingredients must be freshed. Nothing is frozen. The super delicious complementing curry is daily fresh. Unsolds are dumped. Prediction of daily sales volume is thus critical. Volumes available are continually adjusted. Sold out situation would happen during any unanticipated increment in volume. For this reason, large party/seminar volume requires a day notice.

Nasi Kukus TTR will continue to only serve among the most delicious Nasi Kukus meal in the country. More and more are going to Setia Walk just to enjoy this meal. That is why it is soon opening till 10pm. Its super crunchy precision cooked whole okra/ladies finger can only be experienced at Nasi Kukus TTR. More details are available from its fb page.

Nasi Kukus TTR @ Setia Walk is pleased to announce effective from Friday, 27 May 2016, it will be having much longer business operation hours of 12 noon to 10 pm, Mon to Sat. Close on Sunday and most public holidays.

It wish to extend its sincere apologies to many who fail to get to enjoy its delicious nasi kukus on the many days when its sales were much higher than anticipated. And this includes today.

Sincere apologies also to many who are unable to enjoy its nasi kukus due to its present short 12 to 3 pm business hours.

With the extended hours, it will anticipate additional volumes for each day.

Thank you all for the GREAT support. It will continue to ensure consistent quality all the time - super aromatic and tender chicken, delicious complementary daily fresh curry with refreshing crunchy pickled veges and fruits as well as outstanding savoury sambal belachan with steam rice - the ultimate make up of a super delicious nasi kukus. And this includes its unique/one of a kind crunchy ladies fingers which most have not experienced any where else!

Friends

I have a 3room unit which is currently being rented out but the tenant is consistently late in paying his rental. The tenancy will expire in August 2016 and i not very sure whether I should renew:

1) Is it easy to find tenants for setiawalk nowadays?
2) My unit is fully furnished with Id works is currently rented out for RM2,500.
What is the rental nowadays for a fully furnished 3 room unit?

wondering is the LRT bringing up the value of SW?? How much is the rental psf now? Is SW doing better now? I see the mall also still not much shop besides fitness station, karaoke. The only good part of sw is got F&B along the central river.... a place to eat n entertainments rather than shopping....

Judge for your self.

- Lifts always problems.
- Access card not working now, door easily can open. Asked management when the card can replace, answered "Don't know yet, budget issue".
- Leaking every way. Water marks easily can see.
- More shops closed. New shops opened, don't do well either.
- Cats everyway. Muzeum is cat heaven, every morning can see cats sleep on chair, table, eating over night left over food from table...etc. Imagine what you sit and touch at night in Muzeum, is hygiene?
- "3 Monkey" café, allow patrons smoke inside the indoor dining area (I did complained, no action)
- Every way is African, is their heaven, 3 African bar/café/Bristol opened. More to come.
- "Grand Shanghai"? Don't walk pass this area, bad smell around the walkway, awful!
..etc...etc..etc..

A failed project. A disappointed action live here too!
