nowadays, a lot of new investor just think of short tern gain, rent few year and sell off, they show no concern about the value of the property in long term, hence most of them will not show up in AGM

100% agreed! I only attended once many years ago the AGM, felt that is 'rubbish', and no more attend. At first, (many years ago), thought to move my business location to Setiawalk, after the 'real life experience' here, changed my mind, not worth to invest 1 cent. Bad management, bad team, bad people. (they only think they doing it very perfect).

Don't listen my comment, see and feel the fact.

i wonder how do we overcome this?
or propose to the right authority that this development does not present a fair voting right for the owners and perhaps there may be a way to amend existing laws to remove this unfair voting?
otherwise we can see inefficiencies in the management of SW and owners will have to pay higher charges for below par services sad.gif

but lately found out bigger crowd especially near the pond side..

Are there many colleges there ? so many local young people always gathering there .....

nothing to do with Setiawalk, same thing happens to all properties, in fact my landed property stagnant at 1mil for 3-4 years already

Anyone notice the is a huge hike in maintenance fees? Naerly 50% increment.
