How do u define annual return? Price has gone up >50% vs developer price afaik...

That's about the right price...
friend of mine rented his 1138sf 3 bedrooms at 2200, partial furnished ... it is pretty liquid acc to him, found tenant 1 week after the previous one moved out last year.

I have been renting out my unit since day 1 for >3 yrs now without any idle period in between, and sitting on around 40-50% appreciation over developer price. Mine is the 3 bedder unit.
