Update on bridge to SW.
Developer already obtained approval from all technical departments. However local authority has imposed additional conditions not directly related to bridge that requires substantial expenses. Local authority is also refusing to take possession of bridge for future maintenance and control purposes. Jmb will now need to follow-up with local and other authorities to find a solution to impasse.

Informal TOG (Trigon Owners Group) consisting of about 50 owners at the moment, has been formed. Detailed expenses have been presented to TOG. Following input from this group, Jmc has passed a resolution to reduce the number of daily cleaners from 6 to 4 in order to ensure no deficit situation. Other service levels to be maintained for the moment.

A lot of ppl underestimate the number of makan/shoppers needed for a restaurant in a retail mall.. Not easy to stay profitable
