Jmc is now deliberating on the award of valet/jockey parking service for road level parking very soon. At least six to eight personnels to manage the service between 9am and 3am daily. The objective is to ensure an orderly road level parking system is implemented successfully. Survey shows charges range from RM10 per entry (IOI Blvd) to about RM25 in more up market areas. How much should SW initially charge and why? Comments appreciated.

Actually few places also encounter the same problem, shop closed down.

Killiney and Kenny Rogers are recently too. Just started to get crowded (for parking bay) and eateries closed. Rental issue or others? and Grand Shanghai not grand anymore. Renovating and exciting 2015 but now almost half a year gone.

Survival of the fittest. Been to Killiney's there once and I'm glad they finally close down! Extremely poor service. Haven't been to Kenny Rogers but it doesn't seem to entice people. Pity because lesser choice of halal restaurants now for Muslim visitors.

[SIZE=7] The Beer Factory and 7-Eleven feeding and breeding them. Now you easily can see 7 of them playing around, soon will be 14, later, 20..... The mind set of those retailer workers (and their management) is at low level, they do not fully understand what is 'Setiawalk concept'. Those cats gave an dirty, downgraded and 'lane like' feel of the area. I felt the decreasing image of Setiawalk now (after the closing down of many retailers, cutting cleaners, dead feel of the Shanghai theme foodcourt, water leaking every way...etc...etc), which, is not the same as I moved in years ago.

At least open the gate for the pedestrian bridge. Contain us inside will not do any good. We still walk outside dangerously.

Muzeum live band quite nice, I like them.

Agree that the pedestrian bridge should be open. It will be nice to walk across to bomba side rather than drive car.

I think cheapest place right now will be Assam House. No GST no service charge.
