1) where is the management office for resident?

2) do the resident provide guide book, on what to do and don't?

3) anyone install tm unifi?

4) can we install blind at the balcony?

5) can we have pet (dog) in the condo?

That was what I'm thinking. Is quite dangerous, especially high floor. I did ask the management. But they doesn't seem to be sure about it. They asked me to check with their workman.

Ya. I just passed by main place. Their shop all popular food and attire shop. I think if sp management don't do something. Main place will be more happening than sw.

I don't know if this is mention before. I think redtick supermarket is opening at sw mall. But don't know bout it company history.

We complain too much on the noisy environment, let's us find a solution while JMB sort things out.

Talking bout security. I think security personnel have to be more strict. Most of the security personnel just let fimiliar faces to enter without access card. Management give limited access card to prevent ppl from making the unit too crowded and be a hostel but security personnel let them enter with their own leisure. Some even their friend. It just defeat the purpose.

Sorry for the late reply. InNet is not that famous for residential usage, they mostly provide for business usage, but recently they provide for SW, cos I if I'm not mistaken, maxis quota is already full. Can call the company in charge or whatsapp. Sean 0182890318.

Tm unifi will be available in July. The kiosk is all over Setiawalk.
