Dont get fool by the battery size if that's your only concern . Bigger battery doesnt mean it's better . My OGP doesn't last as long as my Note2 and its 3140mah . By right , it should last as good as a Note2 judging from the battery size + screen size unless FHD takes up so much juice . Another comparison , SGS3 with 3000mah extended battery from Samsung SOT is just above half of Note2 SOT for the same usage . 100mah of battery size should compensate of the 0.7" of screen size difference yet it doesn't . Wait for the actual unit to be tested , i never trust manufacturer claims for battery life since like most product , they always do anything to optimize it to the max .

I'd say the phone industry is saturated. We hardly get any breakthrough besides pumping up the clock speed and the cores. It's just like the PC industry 8-10 years back. Once saturated, we can't expect much from the manufacturers. Unless they are launching the bendable AMOLED or maybe transparent battery or phone kind of thing. then u will feel something different. But dont go too far, let's start with bezel-less

strongly agree on the 4k. no point to capture it if you can't view it in 4k monitor/tv. and 4k tv/monitor is not at mainstream price.

on d leather back, it seems like a nice touch where you can forget about getting cases, but how good would it be to protect your phone. and the white seems so easily to get dirt on it (for me).

read some news on the galaxy gear, kinda disappoint that 1 charge = 1 day only. this is a real drawback.

Go and see 4K video 1st before judge. 4K video play far nicer than blu-ray quality even in small size not 4K display.

4K video not only sharp, in details (crazy details) but also eliminated all edge issue that possible appear in blu-ray (2K).

with the advent of this crazy proc running on such a small platform, i think it can easily do hdmi out and use a proper monitor to get real multi app usage useful on a larger scale

yes it is plastic coated with chromium skin. confirmed cz my note2's chrome skin peeled off and its white color plastic inside.

Eh my s3 average sot for Samsung extended battery is 5hrs ot more with 3g@h mode all the way with the brightness set to 100%

I would say 4k monitor with 4k video is to show the video full potential. Of course there are difference between 1080p and 4K on a 1080p monitor such as details like you said.

For me, this time Samsung did it perfectly well.

Note 3 is well balance in everything from spec to design to features.

The new Note 3 will make you wanna use more that S-Pen as it well implement it.

and Finally Samsung back to better design like when they release Note or S II.

The new design look nice and back "fake" leather is awesome welcome design which make the phone look premium.

With so many competition we are expecting more. Look at htc one,  nokia lumia series and xperia Z ultra design then look at samsung note 3.

HTC = going bankrupt
NOkia = already bankrupt, have to white knight it out
xperia z = at what cost? go change a screen

i think, you do not know the advantages of spen hence you want to write with many other objects (snigger snigger, joytest have you done my fingerprint test?). the purpose of it is better accuracy and palm rejection!
