Only Celcom you would need a LTE special sim. And you can only get this at Menara Celcom jln Semarak, bluecube Sunway n KLCC , Pavilion unsure.
MAXIS any micro sim issued in past 1 year+ is already LTE enabled

It has been reported the phone will be on sale 2 weeks after launch. No idea yet which market. Probably Malaysia will be one of the earlier countries since is chosen for regional launch

I have been using the XZU a month already n I would say these are the only issues:

1. Forget about using it to write . Is hopeless n only a gimmick . Short brief notes ok but definitely not extensive writing . You will get frustrated n want to smash the phone

2. Phone speakers softer than most but slightly better than XZ . This is due to extra membrane on speakers to ensure waterproofing

I cannot think of any other problems

Buy an Android phone with this OS n get a box of KitKat for free??

You might think is lame. Yet Samsung sell the most phones. I don't really consider design in my purchases as seriously I don't really appreciate such stuffs. Everyone bloat over Htc1 n Sony designs but yet I don't appreciate it. Worse some users get so fascinated just with the phone design they refuse to acknowledge the phone weakness.
Seriously I don't find any current smartphones ugly or fugly as described by some.

Never faced such issues in all the Samsung I have used.

The back is faux leather sealed on top of plastic not plastic looks like leather

That is because of the extra membrane in speaker to ensure waterproofness. However latest firmware 510 update has increased the volume quite significantly.

It can never be as loud as Note2. If this is important criteria than just forget about the XZU. For volume tone if I rate Note2 a 10 for loudness the XZU will score a 5 n below.

If it has a 6 inch display definitely but now seriously considering . Display size is dissapointing

Having used Vega 6 ( 5.99 inch) n Mate ( 6.1 inch) n now XZU ( 6.4 inch) you will feel the difference n dissapointing experience when you go back to a smaller display. Need to see n feel for myself actual unit before committing to buy.

Maybe even lower. My eldest son said his Note2 sounds so much louder n better that he said the XZU sounds "horribly lousy n low n completely outclassed by Note2."

Problem is many typical non phone users just read the surface of the issue and immediately concluded is a big problem... And worse of all start to spread inaccurately their thoughts about the phone. It is quite misleading at times especially to another non user
Rooting is just simply pressing a button and the program will process to root it automatically - where he got the idea is difficult ?? It is the simplest rooting method of all phones I have used by far. Just connect phone directly to PC an run the root program. Phone need not be in recovery or fastboot or download mode whatever !!
