QUOTE(joytest @ Aug 20 2013, 04:21 PM) As I replied to our dear aspire in the Note 2 thread, our devices are a full blown computer, but a different platform. It may not run Excel etc but there are plenty of other apps that let you do a lot of other things. lol no comment like that also can try to twist. If what you said is true microsoft have been closed downSee, it is a general purpose programmable computing device, ie a computer. Think of it as a sub-netbook in terms of computing utility. From the Economist on 21 Nov 2002 Smartphones and handheld computers Computing's new shape As two industries collide, a new kind of computer may emerge http://www.economist.com/node/1454436 “A COMPUTER on every desk and in every home.” This was Microsoft's mission statement for many years, and it once sounded visionary and daring. But today it seems lacking in ambition. What about a computer in every pocket? Sure enough, Microsoft has recently amended its statement: its goal is now to “empower people through great software, anytime, any place on any device”. Being chained to your desktop is out: mobility is in. The titan of the computer industry has set its sights on an entirely new market. It is not alone. This week Dell, the world's largest PC maker, launched its first handheld computers, which run Microsoft's Pocket PC software. HP and Palm, which also make handheld computers, have just unveiled new models, with far more emphasis on wireless networking and telephony. ....... =========== Computers with a telephone and camera module ....... |

QUOTE(lauyamonk @ Sep 1 2013, 11:43 AM) Dont need to doubt me go try one yourself.I am selling off a iphone 5 interested used? You think why people buy apple devices they are famous for lag free and reliable unlike android everyday crash and hang. Not everyone buy to customized their phone. Android is flexible but not as stable. My note 2 3months ago suddenly lag lag lag lag lag then hang. Cant be fixed then lucky it got fixed with an update from samsung Alot rich and powerful ppl they dont want to customize but reliable. If u got chance to meet rich and powerful ppl you notice most used iOS device rather than android. This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Sep 1 2013, 05:42 PM |

QUOTE(un_id @ Sep 1 2013, 04:35 PM) Most ppl here have used both la I think.. I mean, really used it, not just try a day or two then resell in garage saying "Reason for sell : still prefer iPhone" lol.. A lot of people can. Whats da point of hanging and lagging with big screen? And if u have used both for long enough, you will know that Android gives some advantages over iPhone, especially the screen, simply put. It amazed me how one can live with a screen below 4.5" nowadays.. See my note 2 it will lag very soon so I need clear the ram very often while apple no need. Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(un_id @ Sep 1 2013, 07:05 PM) Understand your frustration.. You know why I don't like Samsung device? Because of Touchwiz suxx! maybe you dont understand what it means but nvm. Try use an iOS and android then compare you get what i mean. I not professional enough to explain to you.You go buy HTC One, or nexus 4, then u come back and tell me if they are lag or not.. so many Android devices around, do not draw conclusion based or your Note 2. I used iPhone so long time also ma, I just sold it 2 months ago, because I'm very satisfied with HTC One. |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Sep 1 2013, 09:02 PM) How smooth iOS are, it still useless to me. i never said its bad its you claim. It depends on the degree of your mental. You its dumb doesnt not apply to everyone. I never said apple is the best it does have its pros and cons so does android.iOS is Dumb OS. Android is Smart OS. Story end. I not sure how you use your Note II, if you said S III lag, ok acceptable due to memory not enough. Note II? They is a lot Note II floating around me, none of it is lag, and seldom hang. Maybe once in duration 3 to 4 months. Note II is not that bad, it is still one of the best Samsung device, I no longer hold Samsung device as I prefer Sony now, I prefer Sony UI and Sony design, but this does not means all Samsung device that bad, and Note II never that bad in term of stability and smoothness. Don't tell me go try iPhone, all iPhone I try and use before, I know how smooth iOS are, also how dumb iOS are. I am still using note 2 and i have no plans to switch to sony like you because i dont need to waste money like you. I am just stating stability still dont go to android thats all but overall i am able to accept its cons thats all. Technology is not dumb based on your assumption but how you use technology defines your intelligence. Have chance go meet successful people around and free try to talk to them and ask why you choose dumb OS and they explain to you why. Dont need me to explain. People that earns millions mostly using as claim by you dumb OS. You using Smart OS how much are you making a month? Kindly enlighten us smart SIFU? If I ask you to proof you cant do shit. he doesn't know what he is talking about and just blabber using the top of his head, whereever that is with the advent of this crazy proc running on such a small platform, i think it can easily do hdmi out and use a proper monitor to get real multi app usage useful on a larger scale We have the right to say what we want we dont need a troll to teach us what to do. |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Sep 5 2013, 09:53 AM) For me, this time Samsung did it perfectly well. With so many competition we are expecting more. Look at htc one, nokia lumia series and xperia Z ultra design then look at samsung note 3. Note 3 is well balance in everything from spec to design to features. The new Note 3 will make you wanna use more that S-Pen as it well implement it. and Finally Samsung back to better design like when they release Note or S II. The new design look nice and back "fake" leather is awesome welcome design which make the phone look premium. At least more premium variation ? Improve version devices todate dont need spen can write using many other object include fingers. At least a better camera, dual stereo speakers, curve glass, aluminium finish? , Just my opinion. |
