Go to kinrara branch faster, my first & second & third at AZ, damm slow due to too many customer.....more than 2 hours.

So in fourth time I go to Kinrara, around 1.5hours to settle all the things. Somemore i found that AZ more expensive than other, due to add in engine cleaning oil and etc.
*
I second that. Even I come early, normal service almost about 2hours. It will be more time consumes if you claim for Balancing & Alignment as they will sent to another shop. But for extra oil treatment for engine & gearbox, the girls asked me permission to add extra oil treament. You can refuse it during the girls register your car for service at the reception table.

Yo all sifus here, i just detected that my Forte passenger's side carpet is slightly wet after heavy rain. Which means there are water draining in when it rains heavily..

Any bro here know how this could happen and any solutions to solve it?
Sent to SC and they said it's air-con hose. Changed the hose but water is draining in..
*
maybe it's from the air con compressor..u may try to check while u r driving in sunny day.

Last time on my old car, i use the black wire tape (the rubbery-loose one they use to tape on wires, easily putus if u pull it sampai panjang2)
Tape it to the door attachment/hook (the place where the door locks) and the rattling sounds disappear totally..
Havent tried with Forte yet..
*
Wish to try but dunno how to remove the door panel

Hello Sifus,
I'm having issues playing video file using USB. I tried playing mp4 file. I only see blank screen with play/pause button option in the bottom. Left the player for 10-15 minutes, no avail. Video doesn't loads. Please assist. Thx

I am going for my first service. Bought the car from AZ so the first 3 service only needing to pay RM 170+ instead of RM 230+ if I do elsewhere.

Alignment seems fine (only after I corrected the tyre pressure when I got the car) but there are noises coming out already from the driver's door panel since DAY 2 of getting the car. vmad.gif mad.gif

Hi all, has anyone had their centre console installed with heat insulation padding by SC before? Any feedbacks on the workmanship in disassembling and reassembling the console at Seri Kembangan branch? I got my car about a week ago from Buydirect and am satisfied with it so far.

1. Yeap the spring. Maybe u can go SC to fix it, depending on which SC, they might entertain u...
2. Very common problem, they use foam to seal of the dashboard contacting the mirror. It makes your interior uglier
3. Weird problem, go SC check, maybe is the rubber seal..... or maybe u got door visor.

Problem 1,2,3 not experienced on my forte...><
