I only miss the feature use as torch light.

I never use flash for photo taken, which means without flash is not a problem to me. smile.gif

4G is extreme fast, but the coverage expand is still really slow, probably only next year end will nearly full cover.

I try 4G (LTE) at Singapore before, anytime can speedtest min 25Mbps up to 48Mbps. More constant at 25Mbps.

Telling myself "try to resist this temptation.. Wait.. Wait.."

Lol biggrin.gif biggrin.gif tongue.gif

I got strong hunch that this model Sony is using to test market only.. Some things in the specs doesn't imply that it is a flagship from Sony.

This I believed is not their flagship model n is more for a niche market, users looking for a phablet
Honami will be their flagship product

Any Sony staff here? Wanna ask about the staff price - Can more than one device be bought at the same time using the 20% discount?

Also, just to add, I've asked regarding the SBH-52 at a Sony store and the lady said that it would be released together with the Ultra...sometime next month. Still no exact date.

Though going by what uncle Benny said, most likely late August?

Oh and to the guy saying only 6-footers would look ok holding the phone. I'm a 6'1" and fairly large in frame with larger than average hands...the phone still looks kinda big laugh.gif

It's more manageable but doesn't change the fact that it's still gargantuan. Reaching for the app drawer can be somewhat of a problem. I'm speaking in terms of one-handed usage of course.

At first I was really tempted to get the SBH52, but after 2nd thought, probably having it is more nuisance than convenience since you actually have to use your hand to hold it up to your ear, unless you connect a stereo headset to the SBH52 for it to act as a handsfree. I'll probably try to use XZU itself to listen to calls first and see how it goes.

However, what I'm more interested to know is when the magnetic charging dock DK30 will be out. I reckon pricing would be in the range of RM200. This is a 'MUST HAVE' accessory for all XZU users, IMHO - because opening and closing those flaps for the charger will wear them out fast.

The charm of the SBH52 is really the novelty factor more than anything else. It does provide some utility for those that tend to put their phone in a bag since it negates the need to pull it out. For people on the go and what not mostly. To me, if your phone will be in your trousers...kinda pointless to be using it without earphones. If that were the case, again, novelty more than anything.

Having said that, I'll still get it (provided it's not too exorbitantly priced of course tongue.gif)

I'm worried that the dock won't be immediately available at launch since that was the case for the Z. Should that happen...I might delay the purchase of the phone until it's released. More delay sad.gif

I think we should for a group buy (like a property investor club) and negotiate the best terms with a Sony dealer.

I for one is looking at the

XZU LTE version with SBH 52 headset
