I was at the Pyramid RSH yesterday. Saw the FS at 50% but no size 10. Otherwise, would've seriously considered it. But now my injured middle finger is getting better, so proly stick to my current gloves. Quite afraid to buy new gloves, with the way I'm playing now, it's a miracle I can stay with Comics Corner next season. Gotta do something, quick...

Had a good game yesterday, beat INTAN on their home ground 1-0. Could've won by more, one shot by our striker hit both left & right posts before going out. I had a good game as well, got my confidence back, organized my defences well.

One question to ask: How do you guys choose your gloves? Is it by brand, or U buy whatever your favorite keeper uses?

Your budget how much? Lol if you're patient enough RSH can really go low for their Adidas GK Gloves. Always cannot sell...Seems like i'm the only customer...

RM29.00 puma? That was my first glove. Totally useless one, the surface like the ping pong bat. I'm eyeing the RM89.00 Puma gloves, they're quite comfortable..tested that day..but din buy...

i didnt buy the ping pong bat glove. u mean got some patches of rubber on them? that would be suxors i would prefer using bare hands. I bought one is like surgical glove ... but thicker. haha. its called puma esito latex. i think it would serve well as im not playing pro level .. even school level i quit like 3 yrs ago. now play during PJ period.
How much adidas can go arh.. that day i saw the primero gloves damn expensive also. RM 60 something , compared to the one u bought.. i tihnk u bought it at RM 40 something right?

Yeah...now no more promotion already...30% discount for Primero I think... If you won't mind can go for the FS Carbon, going for RM99...But I bought it few months back for RM140..now it's my training gloves...currently using FS Replique

shin guard just simply buy el cheapo brands lar. like me i buy henberg(dunno what fking brand).coz the level im playing, i dont need to worry much bout getting kicked in the shins. mine cost me RM 15 i think... got some padding and 3 pieces of plastic stuff. u want cheap gloves go RSH, bend low low, they hang most clearance gloves down there. haha. Shoulda bought 3 pairs of Puma esito latex..but i think those are for advanced training(means cheap ones , for recreational play only), for ur futsal can lar. if you say budget not an issue, then go for top end fingersave pro lor.. cost more than RM 300.hhahahaha

I always look for a good grip gloves that will last long.

I don't pay attention for comfortable gloves coz gloves are like football boots, the more you wear them the more they will shape to your hands and fingers.

I don't look for the brand or the looks of the glove coz the of the day, having the most mahal glove in the world and can't catch a simple ball is just pure crap.

Actually shinpads U can buy branded ones at quite a low price. I use Puma now which costs me RM19.90 before discount, RM15.00 after discount.

Gloves is very much personal preferences. I'll see what my idols use then go & test whether their suitable for me. I have absolute trust on Nike gloves, no need pre-wash, can use straightaway out of the box.

Yeah....like OJ Simpson's gloves....

Roll finger is another type of palm, the palm goes up to the sides of your fingers. More coverage of latex, but the fit is pretty snug, so U might have to get used to it first. In here the only roll finger gloves I've seen are the Puma King SL, & Adidas Fingertips. I have one Puma King SL (or Paul Robinson Special). Normal gloves, like your Adidas FS Replique, are flat palms. Dunno if Nike's gonna bring it here. In the UK, only Just Keepers have it...even Pro Direct can get it. It's an SMU, so must be like limited edition.

I think U can easily put your name on gloves, provided there's space for it. I use permanent-ink markers, not the normal types, but the ones U can use for any surface, & the ink is like rubber-type ones. It costs me RM7.00 & the marker can last like forever. I put my name on my Nike Tiempos, still there after more than 6 months. I put my name on boots as well, but once U polish your boots, it's gone.
