Keepers, is it worth it to go all the way to Pertama Kompleks to look for gloves? I am looking for one with a budget of RM100-150. I live 45mins away. Do they have a lot of variety there or is it better to go to Al Ikhsan or Nike/Adidas/Puma anywhere?

Would like to buy online (Sells) but shipping is going to be expensive.

Wow; this thread's still around. I left MY in Sept 2013 for Europe and it's been 2 years now overseas. I've been playing still in a couple of different teams/leagues here for fun and I must say that the quality of the pitches/facilities here blows Malaysia out of the water.

I'm used to play futsal every weeks last time, as defenders mostly.

Although i likss to bombard the wings and cut inside anticipating through ball from playmaker nicely, but most of the time i could not slot in the ball into the net nicely, always gonr over the bar or missed it. The only thing i good at being a defender - anticipating pass or shot.

Because goalkeeper is a position where most of my friends unwilling to be, so i volunteered to give it a try and i would say...i'm playing it up to my strength, although sometimes quite hard due to people tend to be cruel with goalies..

Transitioning into the goalkeeper position after years of playing every outfield position. Has been a nice change of flavour so far. The experience of playing as a center back has really helped judge when to charge out and when to stay on the line.

Any recommendation for budget GK gloves? Below RM 200 or better below RM 100...
