tenno, how did that guy break his jaw? kena kick? that must be very bad

even tho i play like crazy, diving at people feet many times, but I play with considerate people lar.. if keeper dive i think he has the rights to go for the ball. in fact if keeper touch, and the fella still kick means foul hahahaa. If they abolish this rules, i can say Tata to the position of keeper.

Yeah, he got kicked straight in the face. It was a matter of a little bit early, or a little bit late.
In one-on-one situations, from a referee's perspective, keepers have the advantage. U can go in straight with your feet first, can hack the striker off, & still U won't concede a foul, provided that U do all that in your penalty box. U can see when keepers go for 50-50 balls, they will stick their feet out to discourage the striker. If the striker dares to challenge, then it's up to him. If he kena anything, ref won't say a thing. The thing is you must go for the ball, not the player.
But nowadays, refs look to intentions of the player. If the keeper purposely go for the striker instead of the ball, with the intention of causing griveous (refs term) hurt to the opposing player, then the keeper is on for a booking.
