Can you explain a little bit more about the efficiency of the snapdragon compared to the mediatek? why everybody damning mediatek, and the price also got quite a difference there. there must be something 'not so good' about mediatek, right....
*
I think its the ARM 5,6,7,8,9 chip that have something to do with performance figures...not really the matter of Mediatek, Snapdragon, whatever dragon... then comes the video graphic processor, then screen size, then internal RAM or ram speed type inside. All these various chipset combination implemented by the manufacturer and the resultant Atuntu figures determine how good the whole combo is. They're not made equal, just merely that any quad core or whatever can be of super performance throughout, it doesn't work like that all the time. Specs on paper don't always reflect its true performance. Just like PC...all depend on what hardware and it can turn out with different performance figures. I don't pose to know everything, but just sharing.

I'm not saying that mediatek isn't good, it's good for its price and for average users for daily usage, if u think u will do a lot multi tasking, I'll suggest u pick another phone with higher ram

it is good for the asking price. btw, i'm using an xperia zl, quad core snapdragon 1.5ghz with 2gb ram.
everyone is bashing rm800++ phone. and praising rm1500++. the price already says it all. even new xperia c (mtk cpu) with smaller battery and lower resolution priced at rm999.

Except for the K900, Lenovo phones are all at 1.2Ghz, far below any other make with higher CPU speed or internal RAM..its the price!...that matter! Manufacturers ain't stupid with what they offer, obviously they have a targeted audience based on price/value. Sony, Samsung, HTC, others are with another audience and those people are likely prepared to pay. I'm one of them who cannot afford a RM1700 phone and will be happy with something below that can be found for my own budget. All I will spend on some phone is up to RM800, no more! I was previously using a Nokia N82 now practically worthless but still can close deals and with incoming profit in my business. rclxms.gif

phew.. why do people crazy about the performance and speed of their phone but they never fully utilize it unless for gaming.. haha.. as we all know P780 selling point is the battery and for me P780 is sufficient for daily usage.

Well heavy abuse with calls ~1.5 hrs from 7 to 7, data plan on, gaming and also camera function...
It can last me more than 20 hrs... mostly I charge it daily cos when I reach home it will be around 50%... after I play with it before go to bed it will be around 30% plus... depends how intensive u use it to watch movies, I do watch movies when I wait for customer...
It is a bloody good in stamina...

1-we flash this via CWM, TWRP or flashtool?
2-is there any sim management for both sim1 and 2 in this version?
3-is LED working?
4-any noticeable bugs found?
5-may we know where to download this?

Thanks.

Sounds better but not superb... 2GB+ means 2 big games... more than that u still need to move others to SD card... I want 2GB RAM...
