Dear all, would need some advise on this issue.

For 2 months i have been using my home subscribed astro service in one of my futsal club (its considered a commercial property but we didnt use it for public). 2 astro sales executive came to our place 11pm at night claiming that we could not use this astro for commercial use and that unless we convert to commercial astro package on the spot or they would write a report to their HQ and issue us a legal letter. Without any proper document of warning from astro, i consider this as a sales scam where they only left me 2 options, Subscribe my commercial package or receive legal action. What is this. I am not even allowed to cancel or remove the decoder and place it back home.

Need all the sifu here for advise. Thank you very much.

No report writing or report taking. Just wondering is the job of the sales team. They just photocopied a noticed from a newspaper and show us the terms.

From my experience, astro subscription for commercial establishments have a rectangle/square (depend on your TV) on the right-bottom corner of the screen.

wah... month end already... our Samsung decoder yet to get the update.

Still, kah lai toi(ch304) appeared in tv guide, but doesn't show what programme will be shown, astro facebook admin still don't confirmed yet, no tv commercial at the moment, and no info about this channel in astro view magazine.
Or it will be second jiayu?

finally my decoder updated yesterday ...

My decoder boleh buang in Tong sampah. Still stucked on old UI although forced update 10 million times. I exaggerated. But yeah.

Astro ingin memaklumkan yang proses mengemaskini dilanjutkan sehingga akhir Mei 2014. Ia dilanjutkan bagi menambah baik kesesuaian perisian EPG dengan "hardware" dekoder.

Astro said they'll extend it to end of next month, so don't throw it. Yet.

What is the meaning of Wah, Kah and Lai? If I'm not mistaken, Toi means "channel" isn't it? 

Still remember my good old days where astro packages was still 'cheap'. We used to subscribe for all the channels back then and Wah lai Toi is one of my favourite channel although I'm Malay. TVB Drama was really good back then.  Square pegs, Golden Faith, War and beauty, Heart of Greed, Moonlight resonance, No regrets etc etc....
