to be fair, I think the financial modelling including cashflow projection for this project has been fixed and approved by Zalam's BoD. If Zalam is to strictly adhere to its original cashflow plan, periodic interest subsidy/reimbursement seems more realistic. One-off cash rebate/ discount would mean Zalam has to rework the financials, they are at quite a high gearing to undertake this project.
