i pay visit to jadite and cloudtree last sunday too....hard to choose.... serious headache....i personally stay very near to damai perdana....and the trafic is......horrible....anyhow dilemma serious..

well as part of construction line, yeah reputable developer doesnt mean good quality delivered. meet a serious f*** up site even with SP sxtix....so no developer doesnt really concern me...but they do have CONQUAS evaluation....when time i work with reputable developer site too....well this counts alot.....at least the quality is there(physically la)

anyway being stuck in this cheras area for past a decade. jam is in my blood haha.....

to be honest, previous i visit to CT show room, im not impress too, quite rude SA....sayin to my bro no takin poto for scale model.plus sorry im too get use to see layout dwg too much at site....when i see the scale model at there...i cant imagine how big is the unit too....sux....lol....i did ask SA wil therr be show room after AP, the answer is NO....

For the pros on this yeah low density is a good point, the rest okok saja la...for tv reception should not be any problem.... the only challenging stuff is how they do infra for power and telephone(fiber?) into the building

i had a horrendous jam at front of BRJ (1st traffic light).....it take ages.....then straight up another traffic light (balai is on ur right) ...is crazy jam there....

Very simple from me, Im looking a condo somewhere near my parent and office and this project falls into all my requirements, withi budget, density, complete facilities.
thats why im very concern on every cons of it, bad info/news, possible highrise block the view.. etc.

No doubt, other projects in klangvalley areas are more attractive but those are more for investment purpose la.

Yes bro WOTP is a very good project, too bad their size is big 1694sf onwards (I dont wanna get Block C with the view blocked by mediumcost).
For Jadite, i've commented before. *Zipped*

Honestly speaking CT wont lose to WOTP. and 1269 (600K) just right for 2 pax world. We plan to spend more on renovation and quality furnishing n home appliance.
these more important as We stay inside more than appreciate the greenery around infact. haha plus we do Gym too, so the SMALL GYM in condo doesnt really attracts me..

I really hope the final product can really compete with WOTP in future.
To show reputable developer not equal to quality. (pray)

bro, hmm wel some private reason....not cz location or watsoever.....is just thing happen and i lose reason to buy it....for me see alot drawing and design.....WOTP is the first caught my eye for its design...than casa green macam macam copy its concept....for me i cant afford WOTP....else amenity or place congestiom...BTHO is better...

for CT....hmm jz near to mines(only visit there when i was uni time...)
