cloud tree design is the best compare to other new launches at cheras/balakong area...very interested to book a unit but the price is quite high...

Means actually the taken rate is not as good as shown in chart, most probably agents keep quite a lot of good cheap units, during 2n roadshow, if they found really interested buyers, they will release those units and say is cancel by previous buyers... Marketing strategy ya....keep the cheaper units, try sell high price units 1st

actually their previous projects alam puri and 1 sentul are very good.....can say is the icon at their own area...

i visited before..during my visit is ok...but after that from resident fb forum found that complaint got flood and got crack...but during my visit...quite impressed, especially on the common area, and the nice lift lobby..and also huge common floor area on each floor...there are some distances between every units and you will not see your opposite unit from your main door...very nice design..

for alam puri, eventhough is traditional design with unit opposite unit, but the lobby all in tiptop condition, all lighting is bright and warm condition...just the swimming pool and common area quite plain....but overall still very nice...the developer do a very nice landscaping along the private access road to alam puri....

i prefer the condo more for own stayer, only own stayers will take good care for the condo maintenance and cleanness...look at those so call high rental yield condo...normally the condition is terrible with lots of tenants who never care about the condo condition..
