the whole taman segar area is being boosted due to the MRT project....and the age of the area i really suggest other area, really.....is not worth....just my opinion....i dint say the place cheesy or wat anywah haha

middle cost condo with only basic facilities - if you are not particular about facilities then it's ok

Next to it is low cost apartment

Only 2 blocks, 1 block is facing west

I went to ask about the price few months ago, RM500k above and the remaining are not good units

Back to CT discussion now.. tongue.gif
