I used umobile line before. I loved it and still love it but have to mnp to other telco coz the signal really sucks where I live and work. Though my area is covered in their website but truth is I always get R almost all the time. I like umobile coz it's the only telco that can provide the least data for a month. I already have wifi at home and work so only need data if i'm outside.

Can't find because installed new ROM on my phone and didn't keep old SMS  sweat.gif I remember there was an SMS saying 'sign up for u-card now and enjoy blabla' though. I thought it was free RM10 credit or something.

Anyway not so important, free anyway. How do I use the same U-card for 3 different numbers?

How is U-Mobile Data service? This is my experience.

Remember I complained that several parts of the city I can't surf at all? Now after further testing I found that it's not the location that is weak. They are mostly all good but things grind to a halt during congested hours.

Go to a mall on the weekends and you will see that not only data service is not working, sometimes you can't even make a call or receive one. Go back to the same location on a quieter day and you will find no problem.

I remember when I joined U prepaid couple years ago, this problem didn't surface. Only recently (maybe after UMobile start roaming with Maxis instead of Celcom) that this thing happened.

hmm....... probable. My experience seem to be more or less like that as well. But are you using 3g or 2g? As Maxis would be out of the equation if you're using 3g but it will if you're using 2g. My experience is that it occurs when I'm using 3g but it may differ from yours.

nope. U Mobile is using their own infrastructure for their 3g services.
