i paid my bill via maybank2u on 28/9, until now umobile still not updated. anyone experience this before?

My umobile data is totally can't load since last Month...So regret i upgraded my plan to P70...Useless U mobile...Provide more data but very lousy network...

I think its because of their recent promotion a lot of people mnp to it so the network gets congested. I applied Celcom First Basic 38 and it was slow but getting a bit better then now bad again (due to their new burung hantu plan )

Yes,you are right...i was switching to umobile from celcom first 38 plan,but now this is more worst than celcom...Now even can't received and send message through whatsapp...when call their cs,they can told u no pp complain about this issue

simply open the download let it being fast during mid night, not increasing their revenue much too

u may need to try other umobile user @ ur area, to check whether is U coverage problem, or sim card problem, or phone problem
just to clarify, hope every 1 can enjoy the smooth network

not really, I believe it is to lure prepaid users to mnp back to celcom and once you've ported, things are much easier

Have you tried whether the coverage is okay or not at your area by testing it with a prepaid before subscribing p70?

Just use amex to pay on weekend,got 5% discount..

Yes,i used to upgraded to P70 from my U28 plan...but before that,data run very smooth..

I guess it should be like Celcom's case, need to wait until the offer ends and wait for a few month for people to port out and umobile to upgrade their infra to accommodate more users at that area aka the waiting game

suggest to replace a sim card, and call them to reset ur line, in case really big difference for u28 and p70 now

I just bought a power starter pack, but I am wondering how UMI works together with the free 1gb internet.

Let say I reload rm 30 and subscribe UMI 20 plan. At day 31, I reload RM 10 and renew UMI 20 plan. Will I get 1.5gb data from day 1 to 30 and another 1.5gb from day 31 to 60?

The timing of the 1gb renewal depends on when you first activated it by topping up RM10 or more. Your line must be active to use the free 1gb, and the free data is deducted before the UMI data. Your line will be active up till day 40 only.
